The 2023 bicycle programme continued to offer practical help with journeys to school and everyday travel.
The bicycle donation programme returned to Linh Phước Pagoda in 2023. Continuing earlier activities, it provided recipients with a means of transport for learning and daily life.
Through these gatherings, DELTA maintained its connection with local community activities. Each bicycle addressed a modest but familiar need in someone’s everyday routine.
